This is your classic labor of love client. The golf retailer, 2nd Swing, was started by my former roommate and best buddy. As you can tell, we make these spots for next to nothing. I wear a lot of hats on these and have to thank a ton of friends in the Minneapolis ad community for helping make this possible. Yes, that's me in the red hat, because, well, we don't have money for actors most of the time. 

My college friends started a successful golf retail business and wanted to make TV commercials. What started as a favor has turned into a few years of really fun, scrappy ad-making. And judging by the number of times that apple trick has been gif'd and gone viral, these ads have been successful too.
